Investing in Kingdom Growth

We're excited to share a success story that showcases how we combine the time, talent, and treasures of our donors to invest in entrepreneurial projects, multiplying financial outcomes for ministries that seek to multiply disciples.

This particular project started with a small group of interested donors who pooled their donations in Kingdom Capital Fund and purchased a $100,000 equity investment in “The Orchards at Market Plaza” near Dallas, TX.

This new senior apartment project was built and launched just prior to the onset of Covid. That meant the doors of this brand new, empty, multimillion dollar project were locked…no showings, no tenants! Yikes!  

And yet, God pulled through. He always does! With His blessing, the project was sold in less than three years, resulting in a return of nearly $160,000 for the Kingdom, all from an initial investment of $100,000.

Praise be to God! Great things He has done! The $60,000 in profits were distributed to accountable ministries making an eternal difference in the world. And the original investment of $100,000 will get reinvested in future projects that will continue to generate revenue for ministries moving forward.
