New Ground.
Proven Impact.
Smith’s Cove Spec Home #2 Is Underway
Kingdom Capital Fund has officially started construction on Smith’s Cove Spec Home #2 in Wentworth, South Dakota.
This next build continues a model that has already shown how business, generosity, and faithful stewardship can work together to create lasting Kingdom impact.
In 2026, Smith’s Cove Spec Home #1 sold for $1 million and generated more than $350,000 in profit. Those resources are being deployed through trusted ministry partners and reinvested to create future opportunities for Kingdom multiplication.
Now, we are building again.
The Next Build
Smith’s Cove Spec Home #2 is located at:
509 Sandpiper Lane
Wentworth, SD 57075
The property is part of the Smith’s Cove development on Long Lake, adjacent to Lake Madison.
Construction is already underway, and several partners have stepped forward to support excavation, foundation work, concrete, and cabinetry.
There are still many opportunities to join the build.
From Stewardship
to Participation
Kingdom Capital Fund connects leaders with opportunities to multiply their time, talent, and treasure for God’s work. Smith’s Cove Spec Home #2 gives businesses and individuals a practical way to participate.
Partners can support the project through financial contributions, building materials, skilled labor, professional services, expertise, or other construction resources.
Every contribution matters.
When materials, labor, or services are donated, the cost of construction goes down. That means more resources remain available to be deployed through trusted ministry partners and reinvested into future Kingdom opportunities.
Partner. Participate. Multiply.
Spec Home #1 gave us a proof of concept.
Spec Home #2 gives more leaders the opportunity to take part in what comes next.
Whether you can contribute financially, provide materials, offer skilled labor, or bring professional expertise to the project, there is a way to participate.
Colossians 3:23
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”
Smith’s Cove Spec Home #2 is one practical expression of that belief.
For a contractor, supplier, business owner, tradesperson, or individual donor, the project creates an opportunity to use the work and resources already in your hands for a greater purpose.
It is a chance to move from generosity as a transaction to active participation in God’s work.
