A Gospel Harvest on the Football Field

“There seems to be a hunger all over for the gospel,” shares ministry partner Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA).“Our flag football programs this fall were at record numbers and our huddles are almost all at all time highs.”

The FCA team has seen many relational connections with coaches and athletes that lead to discipleship and a saving knowledge of Christ.

Multiplying Reach

When FCA received a Multiply Hope Initiative grant from Kingdom Capital Fund, it enabled them to share the gospel with more athletes and coaches. The funding helped FCA hire new staff who serve in middle and high schools, as well as an admin who manages League and Club Sports and internships.

The Multiply Hope grant also helped FCA sustain existing ministries. In November of 2024, FCA hosted a dinner for all 24 teams participating in the state volleyball tournament. The gospel was clearly shared with the 525 athletes and coaches in attendance. All 350 of the bibles available were taken, and students contacted FCA after the event asking for more!

Thanks to the boost in funding, over 90 student athletes received a scholarship to attend the Black Hills Sports Camp, where they were encouraged by the gospel.

“We appreciate your partnership and support in Kingdom work!” shares the FCA team.

When you give a gift to Kingdom Capital Fund, it grows through the wise investing of our Multiply Hope Initiative. Then, it goes to our trusted ministry partners like Fellowship of Christian Athletes. These gifts help bring the hope of Christ to students and our broader community.
